Reworked the PHP contact form to read the destination email from a new SITE_OWNERS_EMAIL environment variable, so it’s easier to configure in any environment.
Documented how to set this variable in the project’s README, making onboarding smoother for contributors and maintainers.
Added PHPUnit and a test suite to verify the contact form respects the environment variable. Tests now run automatically in GitHub Actions.
Cleaned up HTML by adding descriptive alt text to previously empty image tags for better accessibility.
